Warranty Policy

At Claudio Jewelry, every piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail using solid gold and carefully inspected to meet our standards of quality and refinement. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Limited Warranty

All Claudio Jewelry pieces are protected by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in the gold material or craftsmanship.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within this period, Claudio Jewelry will repair or replace the item at our discretion, at no cost to you.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear or external factors, including but not limited to:

Scratches, dents, or bending
Broken chains caused by pulling or excessive tension
Damage resulting from accidents or improper care
Misuse or negligence
Loss or damage of stones or decorative elements
Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized parties

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our team at ClaudioJewelry@usa.com within the 1-year warranty period and provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the defect if possible

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and guide you through the appropriate next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or full refund if neither is possible.

Shipping

All warranty claims for confirmed manufacturing defects are covered by Claudio Jewelry at no shipping cost to you. A prepaid return label will be provided once your claim is approved.

Repair Services

Even outside of the warranty period, Claudio Jewelry is pleased to assist with repair services whenever possible. Repairs not covered by warranty may be offered for a reasonable service fee depending on the nature of the repair. Contact us at ClaudioJewelry@usa.com for a repair estimate.
