Your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that as a fine jewelry brand, returns are accepted for valid reasons as outlined below.
30-Day Returns Request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.
Prepaid Shipping We provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved returns at no cost to you.
Quality Guarantee All gold products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase. If you discover any defect within this period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A valid reason is required: manufacturing defects, items damaged upon delivery, or incorrect item received.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
How to Return
- Contact our team at ClaudioJewelry@usa.com to initiate the return process.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide a prepaid shipping label within 4–5 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
- Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to confirm its condition.
- Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges (one size up or one size down) subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is not available, we will offer a replacement piece of equal or greater value. To request an exchange, please contact us at ClaudioJewelry@usa.com.
