Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

We offer fast and secure shipping throughout the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3โ€“5 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Shipping is handled through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Secure Packaging

Every Claudio Jewelry piece is carefully packaged to protect your jewelry during transit and to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Claudio Jewelry is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at ClaudioJewelry@usa.com before your order is shipped.


Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Claudio Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim. For additional assistance, you may reach us at ClaudioJewelry@usa.com and we will do our best to help.


Warranty & Return Shipping

Jewelry returned for repair, replacement, or exchange under our Warranty or Return Policy is shipped at no cost to you.We will provide a prepaid return label once your claim is approved.
